The Called Anew Ministry seeks to support widows, widowers and single parents coping without the life partner they once had.
Many who have lost a partner to death and are now facing old age by themselves as their children are now adults. Some are childless and so do not have immediate family. They struggle daily with loneliness and lack of love
For young single parents, bringing up children without the love and support of a partner is a significant challenge.
The Called Anew Ministry helps both these groups to focus on the strength and the love of our Lord Jesus who fills that vacant place in their heart. And when such people who share the same feelings come together and pray together- great and mighty miracles happen in their lives.
The called Anew meets on every first Sunday of the month at St. Anthony’s Hall, Kollupitiya from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm
